- Improve sales & profitability through professional handling of promotional sales transactions
- Maintain and monitor optimum & accurate inventory level
- Ensure effective & efficient day-to-day work SOP of store
- Facilitate in store operations in terms of housekeeping, merchandising, stock ordering, security & costs incurred to ensure assigned stores operate at efficient performance level
- Align with all set standards of operations

The Role- Provide dispensing and counseling services to customers and to ensure that pharmacy runs smoothly while on duty
- Dispense drugs accurately based on prescriptions and to ensure that there is compliance with governing laws, regulations and standards
- Maintain records required by governing regulations e.g. PMR, Form G, Codeine and control Drugs
- Provide counselling services and professional pharmaceutical care to patients as required
- Ensure optimum control of key indicators in dispensary in terms of stock level, tidiness etc
- Assist Pharmacy Manager in planning and executing daily operational activities so as to achieve budgeted sales and profitability of store
- Serve customers with excellent customer services to close sales
- Develop team members to be competent to perform their jobs
- Keep abreast of new drugs or medical developments with continuing education to improve professional competence

The Role- A Pharmacy Technician (PT) is responsible for supporting the pharmacist in the daily operational execution in the pharmacy to ensure that it operates smoothly.
- Provide dispensing and counseling services to customers and to ensure that pharmacy runs smoothly while on duty
- Responsible for the processing and dispensing of prescriptions
- Control and monitor dispensing stock, OTC, surgical and health supplements to ensure optimal stock and minimal stock wastage due to expiry of drugs
- Required to perform drug supply and distribution
- Support staff management and development
- Participates in quality assurance and improvement projects and activities
- Provide good customer service to customers so that their needs are met and sales are closed
About You- At least a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Healthcare Support (Pharmacy Support)

The Role
The successful candidate will be trained as a Pre-Registered Pharmacist by our in-house Pharmacist Preceptor for a period of 3-12 months. Candidate who has completed the training successfully and granted with Pharmacist license issued by Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) will be considered for a permanent role as a Pharmacist with Guardian Health & Beauty Singapore. During training, Pre-Registered Pharmacist will be guided by an in-house licensed Pharmacist Preceptor to provide a suite of dispensing and counselling services within the Retail Pharmacy Practices in accordance with local regulatory guidelines and standards.- Provide dispensing and counseling services to customers and to ensure that pharmacy runs smoothly while on duty

Graduated with a Degree in Pharmacy recognize by Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)
Pre-Registration Pharmacist (MY) Graduated with a Degree in Pharmacy (Malaysia University) Minimum 2 years patient direct care experience after FRP- Good team player
